I think you heared this quote many times before. It almost becomes a cliché. The many advertisments for working out that pop up, and you would click them away without paying attention. But the fact is this is really true, and I am going to explain this in my blog.

My dad was diagnosed with cancer a weak ago. The direct term for the one he had is: Nasal Cavity Cancer.
When I heared this, I was heartbroken. I was really scared that I would lose my father and at the same time angry, because I could not accept the fact that my father had it. He never smoked and he had a very healthy lifestyle. That made me realise even the strong among us can be broken by this disease. People who smoked 2 packs a day, where still happily smoking instead of my dad who is suffering from cancer.
When I went to the hospital with my father, he took me apart for a talk. He said: “Everything is going to be allright, your father has a healthy body”. I was confused but then he explained it to me. He said the cancer had a hard time spreading through out his body. That was the reason my father didn't feel well and went to the hospital. The dokter also said to me that he is less vulnerable for the damaging threatment. When I heared this i was delighted with joy and wanted to share it with all of you.
The health of your body is very important for your life. The risk for disease will decrease and the treatability of the disease will be increased. That are two very important factors that can make the diffrence between Life and Death. Many people, including the old me, don't realise how much the diffrence really is, untill the day is come that your in my dad's position
A direct cure for cancer isn't here yet, but a direct prevention has been here for decades, your local gym. A quick workout will do, it isn't so hard as most people think. It only takes a little determination to walk through that door. The rest will automatically follow. If you workout you body will make a hormom that will make you happy. You will be less aggresief because your will be putting that in your training. The need for smoking will vanish, you will lose weight, people will notice your accomplishments.
Your life will make a positive turn.
Make 2012, the year you begon working out, the year you quit smoking, the year you fond the perfect partner.
